As a key contributor to our operations, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency
• Lead and develop a small technical team, fostering engagement, motivation, and performance
• Plan and manage resource allocation in alignment with departmental objectives
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, equipment, and IT systems
• Ensure high-quality standards through effective systems, methods, and procedures
• Monitor performance, analyze risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Oversee and coordinate external service providers and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant legal regulations
• Support decision-making through structured reporting and data-driven insights

Your Profile

• University degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
• Good proficiency in IT tools
• Good command of English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
