About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Production Manager to support and optimize our production operations. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, high-quality standards, and continuous improvement while leading teams in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership

- Supervise, guide, and motivate production teams to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with working schedules.
- Production Coordination & Performance
-
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure 100% performance achievement in minutes and PPM objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Department to ensure flawless output.
- Process & Compliance Management

- Ensure compliance with production standards and safety.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure readiness.
- Reporting & Analysis

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly production data and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and statistics for management.
- Monitor production cost centers and support budget control.
- Cost & Efficiency Optimization

- Contribute to reducing additional costs and quality-related losses.
- Support the planning, monitoring, and adherence to annual production budgets.
- Administrative & Operational Support

- Oversee accurate shift data (incl. bonus calculations).
- Organize and allocate tasks within the team efficiently.
- Apply disciplinary actions when necessary in alignment with management.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Solid computer skills (Excel, reporting tools, ERP systems)
Additional Assets:
- German language skills
- Knowledge of VDA 6.3 standards
- Experience with FMEA / PLP methodologies
