Tool Crib Specialist (64122)

Objective of the Job:

Manage Daily Reciepts and any Issues from the Tool Crib.

Maintain Sufficient Spare Parts' Inventory for Critical Equipment.  

Principal Activities:

• Oversee all New Material Request Forms for Plant Duncan.
• Manage Daily/Weekly Parts Bookout and Evaluate any Discrepancies.
• Plan the Storage Location of New Materials.
• Assist Personnel in Locating Spare Parts.
• Issue Purchase Order and Requisition Approvals (ME56).
• Coordinate Purchase Orders and Requisition Generations (ME59).
• Audit, identify, and review slow moving parts (MC46) and the Consolidation of Duplicate Parts.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 Years Experience of Inventory control Systems.
• SAP Reporting and Data Entry.
• Project Management Skills.
• Analytical Skills and Problem Solving.
• Strong Communication, Leadership, and Negotiation Skills.
• Teamworkf and Cooperation.
