Supplier Quality Assurance Technician

Objective of job

Assure purchased parts in the plant as well as the complaint management in case of deviations from specifications.

Principle activities

• Manage complaints (e.g. to suppliers, etc.) and coordinate relevant activities (e.g. supplier activities, etc.) including problem analysis, blocking procedures and defect correction processes.
• Analyze supplier-related quality data including reporting and documentation. 
• Initiate and comply with the necessary escalations. (e.g. for supplier development, etc.)
• Support and advise external sorting and rework companies.
• Develop and improve activities (e.g. supplier actvities, etc.), based on guidelines, specific standards and requirements.
• Monitor operations in the materials receiving inspection process, and timely handling of testing/inspection requests.
• Make decisions on accepting/rejecting materials
• Monitor complaint costs.
• Provide support in customer or other audits.

Job Requirements

 3-4 years of Quality Experience

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
