Objective of job
Support with recruiting activities for hiring ramp up, compensation topics, and involvement with various HR activities and projects.
Summer Rotation: May 15, 2023 to August 18, 2023
Principal activities:
- Support DAA Student Programs and University Recruiting
- Attend university career fairs
- Assist with Talent Acquisition and Compensation projects
- Assist with monthly reporting for Recruiting and Compensation
- Work with various HR team members to support processes in HR Management
- Coordinate HR improvement projects as directed
- Update and or prepare state of the plant meetings
- Identify key areas of improvement for existing communication internally and externally within HR
- Completion of LSS Yellow Belt Certification and project
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in progress within the field of Business Management or International Business
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Able to work in the US indefinitely and without restrictions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
