Documentation, analysis and preparation of complaint management landscape to support monitoring, KPI adherence, and non-conformance cost transparency for the Plant customer complaint processes


Principle Activites

  • Monitors customer portals and distributes complaints to necessary responsible individuals
  • Interfaces with customer contacts regarding complaints and problem solving activities
  • Administrates QSYS for customer complaints including opening and closing complaints
  • Documents and tracks customer complaints to ensure timely response to customer
  • Supports process adherence to complaint management processes and standard KPI's (internal and external) for the plant for all customers and locations
  • Tracks and organizes non-conformance costs received from customer locations
  • Supports tracking reimbursements from rejected customer complaints
  • Escalates to managmeent when complaint processing timelines cannot be achieved
  • Creates weekly reports for management team regarding complaint status, KPI's, and costs
  • Coordinates with commodity Quality Engineers to ensure all relevant supporting documentation and costs are added to complaints to ensure complaince with quality management system requirements
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and/or products and actively participates in implementation of corrective actions to achieve improvements where applicable
  • Supports target achievement at individual, department, plant, and global level
  • Performs any other tasks or assignments not listed within this job description as deemed necessary for the department/company as requested by the management


Job Requirements

 Automotive Manufacturing 3-5 years experience 

 Quality Complaint Management 1-2 years experience
