B Shift Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our night shift operations and drive performance, quality, and team success in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop production associates to meet daily goals and quality standards
• Plan staffing levels and ensure proper training and performance management
• Oversee daily production to meet targets for efficiency, output, and delivery
• Drive quality improvements, reduce scrap, and resolve production issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (5S and safety compliance)
• Monitor key performance metrics (PP, OEE, scrap, etc.) and take corrective action as needed
• Support new product launches, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide daily reporting on production, safety, and performance
