Objective of job

Planning and realization of production processes, for existing and new products; in accordance with supervisor


Principal activities

  • Planning and realization of production processes, for existing and new products. Under utilization of knowhow of main production processes, in accordance with supervisor
  • Creation of specifications and specification books
  • Creation of production plans, incl. plan-time-calculation
  • Creation of process flows
  • Creation of production designs
  • Planning, acquisition and implementation of equipment
  • Creation and execution of adjustments to the production cells
  • Details of Principle Activities:
  • Plan and acquire material supply, (e.g. shelves, transport trolleys)
  • Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of value streams, and in the development of target value streams. In cooperation with the team, incl. necessary measurements
  • Collaboration in the product and process-FMEA, as team member for the industrialization topics
  • Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of the control logic; within the production area. Together with production and logistic. With the objective to achieve, clear, independent control of production, and  defined inventory; between the individual production steps
  • Recirculation of time records to planning for their verification
  • Collaboration in the execution of Run and Rate, and process handover
  • Allocation of information objects for the creation of work plans (Host-part list)
  • Collaboration in the determination of project risks. Reporting to the Project Manager and to Line Managers
  • Monitoring of the planning or rather, the existing production during changes. Description of impacts, forwarding of information to Change Management


Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

2 or more years of experience in Planning and Engineering

2 or more years of experience in Automotive manufacturing

Willing to travel 15 - 25%
