Objective of Job
Coordinate all plant activities regarding packaging for raw material, WIP, and finished goods.
Principal Activities
- Supports the Packaging Engineers in the process of validation of returnable packaging, containers, racks and packaging in general for finish goods and raw materials for new projects or saving costs initiatives.
- Participates in the process of creation of packaging work instructions
- Participates in the training activities where packaging is involved
- Responsible for the processes of maintenance (repairs and loops replenish) of returnable in the plant
- Monitors inventory levels of returnable in the plant
- Issues and follows up BDA for returnable repairs and returnable purchase according to commercial agreements in place
- Acts as Key User for BISS system and generates reports for management as required
- Responsible for returnable inventory accuracy and annual inventory in the plant
- Acts as interface between Plant Logistics Operations department and Packaging central functions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, BA preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Strong in process thinking
- Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
