Operations 5 - Fac - Tech Lead (64474)

Objective of the Job:

• Lead the facility team to maintain, repair facilities' machinery and/or equipment.
• Maintain buildings, technical systems, CMMS system, and install utilities and equipment..

Principal Activities:

• Coordinate associates (i.e.. personnel scheduling, etc.) and equipment scheduling.
• Determine causes of defects/shutdowns in sometimes complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; use diagnostic systems as required.
• Conduct the installation and relocation of complex technical equipment (ie. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.).
• Follow up and coordinate activities for efficient energy usage, lighting system, predictive maintenance, and lightning/grounding systems.
• Effectively communicate with the supervisor any problems with safety, equipment, and/or productivity.
• Plan the work processes, material procurement and setup activities, and check documentation for completeness.
• Electrical install per NEC Codes; Air compressor Preventitive Maintenance and Industrial Plumbing.
• OSHA Knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• 6-8 Years of Related Work Experience.
• Microsoft Office.
• On Call Regularly.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Must be Goal Orientated and Show Initiative.
• Heights up to 50 feet.
• Industrial Plumbing.
• Lifting no-more than 100 pounds.
