Operations 4 Tech Lead - Shipping B (45625)

Job Objective:

• Check-In and Load trucks with Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT's).
• Ensure the prepared shipments that are properly labeled.

Principal Activities:

• Plan and assure the loading and unloading of containers (e.g. shipping containers, railroad cars, trucks, etc.) in compliance to guidelines.
• Book in/input data (e.g. packing slips, etc.) in predefined screens in the Materials Management Systems.
• Assemble, forward and check transported good's documentation (e.g. accompanying papers, packing slips, hazardous materials documentation, etc.) for correctness; take action as required.
• Ensure that all raw materials and finish good movements performed by the team are reflected in the HOST system correctly and just in time. 
• Organize inventory control and management (e.g. inventory levels, inventory movements, quantities used, etc.) in the warehouse area (e.g. parts/materials warehouse, etc.).
• Support the Logistics Supervisor in the realization of DUN management daily plan regarding delivery of parts, raw materials, finished and packaged goods by ensuring the correct material flow.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• WMS (Host/SAP).
• Scanners.
• 1-2 years Manufacturing Experience.
• Stand-up/Reach and Sit Down Forklift Certification.
• Attention to Detail.
