Operations 3 - Prod - Quality Inspector (59957)

Objective of job:

• Review products and materials and Identify defects by visual inspection and Measuring Characteristics during the Manufacturing process to ensure they meet company requirements.

• Maintain Complete and Accurate Production and Quality Records. 

Principal activities:

• Provide disposition of finished products and discuss inspection results with the operations team.
• Identify and remove products that do not meet production standards and recommend strategies to improve quality.
• Effectively use technical implements such as gages, checking aids and reference samples to measure and evaluate product characteristics.
• Ensure product conformity through a process-oriented approach and conform with all production and quality requirements
• Report the number of defective products manufactured, document and report non-conformance and ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Continuously inspect parts for defects or irregularities while producing and sorting out defective parts.
• Maintain constant attention to detail, ensuring to meet daily production schedule and follow the guidelines established in the work instructions.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of Manufacturing and Quality Inspection experience.
• MS Excel.
• MES Doc.
• IPST.
• Product-specific inspection criteria.
