Objective of job:
- Developing and implementing marketing, communication and publication strategies, primarily but not limited to the production of videos, video animation and podcasts, in accordance to the corporate communications strategies and CI guidelines to strengthen brand and image of the DRÄXLMAIER Group in the USA internally and externally. Promoting corporate mission, brand and programs of the DRÄXLMAIER Group in the USA using the available marketing channels internally and externally. Assisting with the implementation of company's communications, outreach and publication strategy in the USA using the available media channels internally and externally.
Principal activities:
Internally:
- Conceptualizes, creates and edits videos, video animations and podcasts for all U.S. sites.
- Assists coordination of internal media (e.g. D-REPORT, D-WORLD, D-SCREEN, D-NOW, D-SUPERVISOR) at all U.S. sites.
- Writes and edits local / regional articles for in-house publications (e.g. D-REPORT, D-WORLD, D-SCREEN, D-NOW D-SUPERVISOR).
- Develops and enacts strategies to enhance employee recruitment and employee retention in close cooperation with HR U.S.
- Organizes / conducts or assists / edits video and photo shoots at all U.S. sites and, if permitted, at external events / venues.
- Implements and enforces the CI and branding guidelines at all U.S. sites.
- Supports and assists local management / departments in all types of visual communication such as presentations, still photos, podcasts, etc.
- Assists in the organization of internal events (e.g. Family Day, Service Awards, Christmas Party)
Externally:
- Assists development and coordination of external media (e.g. country website, social media accounts) for all U.S. sites.
- Produces and edits local videos for social media (e.g. Facebook and Instagram).
- Conceptualizes, creates and edits short videos and video testimonials promoting DRÄXLMAIER as a modern employer and preferred place to work.
- Develops press releases, fliers, pamphlets, brochures, banners, billboards, advertisement, TV and radio spots and other PR promotions.
- Assists the development of marketing campaigns for print, TV and radio, billboards and social media to create a positive image of the DRÄXLMAIER Group in the U.S.
- Assists development and enactment of strategies to enhance employee recruitment and employee retention in close cooperation with HR U.S.
- Assists with maintaining a corporate social responsibility strategy (e.g. sponsoring and donations) to promote DRÄXLMAIER Group as a good neighbor.
- Monitors local and national media to ensure positive coverage of DRÄXLMAIER Group in the U.S.
- Coordinates and assists in the preparation of site and country management for interviews with the media and other media-related appearances.
- Assists organization of company appearances at career fairs, job fairs, trade shows, industry events and other external events (including brochures and giveaways).
- Assists building of a positive employer branding to support HR-Recruiting.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Medail, Visual Arts or Journalism preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of Marketing, PR, communications.
- 1 to 2 years of working with digital media and social media required.
- Experience working in an international, culturally diverse environment preferred.
- Experience in photograph/videography (production and editing) and working with online media (content creation); graphic design experience and good writing skills desired.
