Specialist Materials & Processes

We are looking for a Specialist Materials & Processes to take the advantage of the opportunity  to be part of the new Predevelopment team- Engineering Center Interior  department that will be located in BA4 Codlea, Brasov.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and conduct sustainability communication (internally and externally);
• Observe/identify trends in his/her area of expertise in order to develop concepts; suggest recommendations for action;
• Conduct mainly conceptual activities within his/her area of expertise (e.g. worldwide reporting through the reporting software VERSO, etc.);
• Design and conduct stakeholder management (e.g. with the focus on associations and NGOs, etc.);
• Lead projects (e.g. sustainability projects, etc.), Technical leadership of employees (e.g. Regional Sustainability Officer, etc.);
• Conduct and assure Due Diligence;
• Develop KPIs for the performance control of sustainability and assure the preparation of the group management report.

Requirements:

• Technical university studies, preferable Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
• Professional experience on a similar position of 3-5 years /highly proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field built on a thorough understanding of theoretical concepts and principles and their context;
• Material science, Sustainability, Process/Chemical engineering are welcome;
• Advanced knowledge of English, German is consider a plus;
