We are looking for a Specialist Innovations & Concepts to take the advantage of the opportunity to be part of the new Predevelopment team- Engineering Center Interior  department that will be located in BA4 Codlea, Brasov.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participation in a basic project or coordination/management of a basic project/customer concept project.
  • Development of innovative product concepts by applying appropriate creative techniques, represent, validate and evaluate the concepts through collaboration with the design, prototyping, simulation and testing, compliance with agreed milestones and budget targets;
  • Review of the materials and technologies used in collaboration with the relevant department;
  • Continuous market research and further developing your own know-how through participation in specialist forums with focus of relevant topics within and outside the automotive industry;
  • Submitting an invention report to register intellectual property rights;
  • Presentation of the developed concepts internally and externally to customers, creation of design guidelines for the realization of the concepts through series development;
  • Participation in acquisition projects with the aim of receiving a production order for the developed concepts.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Technical university studies, preferable Electronic/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development or project management with a specialist focus, ideally in the automotive sector;
  • Knowledge of materials technology and manufacturing techniques for plastics processing;
  • Advanced knowledge of English, German is consider a plus;
  • Independent, responsible and careful work;
  • Initiative and creative skills.
