We are looking for a Process Engineer Maintenance that will join the Systems & Simulation IS team in our plant within Codlea, Brasov.
Responsibilities:
- Create training concepts for the production plants;
- Cooperate in optimizing existing processes and in developing new processes (Optimain, SAP-PM);
- Cooperate in standardizing maintenance-tool workflows (e.g. generate equipment-number) and create extensive work instructions (e.g. for high data quality in maintenance-tools);
- Determine causes of defects/failures in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; if necessary by using diagnostic systems;
- Start equipment and adjust machine control systems correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional tests, and generate the appropriate documentation;
- Recognize and eliminate weak areas and develop suggestions to eliminate them.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in the automotive sector;
- "System affinity" (e.g. PLM systems, Teamcenter, SAP);
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered an advantage;
- Very good communication skills, analytical and teamwork abilities.
