Process Engineer Lamination

We are looking for a Process Engineer Lamination for our Process Engineering Lamination Department in Codlea.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient lamination production processes for new and existing products;
• Define process parameters, establish process limits, and ensure product quality and functionality requirements are met;
• Perform process validation and optimization using statistical methods such as MFU, PFU, DOE, and SPC;
• Support production during pilot runs, pre-series, and serial production by troubleshooting process-related issues and implementing improvements;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, process data sheets, and reference samples;
• Participate in process FMEA activities, Run@Rate evaluations, and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
• Experience as a process engineer in automotive industry is an advantage
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented mindset, flexibility, good communication and teamwork skills;
• English and/or German language skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
