We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our Maintenance Department in Codlea.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance and repair activities for machinery, equipment, devices, and installations.
- Verify PLC programs, development plans, and technical designs/constructions for compliance with existing standards.
- Analyze breakdowns and failures and develop appropriate corrective measures (including knowledge sharing within the Maintenance Department).
- Perform optimization analyses and implement improvements (e.g., PLC program enhancements, software updates, system modifications, or machine and equipment upgrades/extensions).
- Define minimum and maximum stock levels for spare parts for both serial production and projects (supporting the Spare Parts Planning Department). Prepare orders for spare parts and repairs based on supplier quotations or SAP codes.
- Implement training and development measures for maintenance personnel working in shifts within the department.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering);
- At least 2-3 years experience as a maintenance or mechanical engineer;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and teamwork skills;
- English and/or German language skills.
