We are looking for an IT Network Administrator for our IT Operations On-Site department.
Responsibilities:
- Hardware and software support for office and productive staff;
- Instruct and advise first level supports in solving complex inquiries and in the use of the solution database;
- Create and provide solutions for complex problems for the solutions database, according to predetermined guidelines;
- Process IT service requests and IT incidents in second level support globally;
- Recognize known and analyze unknown incidents; provide solutions / workarounds and solve incidents;
- Assist in development and secure maintaining the hardware and software asset management.
Requirements:
- Technical studies;
- Minimum 1 year experience preferably on the same position or a similar one;
- Good PC knowledges;
- Communication and team-working skills;
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
