We are looking for an Assembly Engineering Specialist that will join the Systems & Simulation IS team in our plant within Codlea, Brasov.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, source and realize equipment with focus on automatic machines;
- Drive maturity increase during machine life cycle: Construction release, commissioning, machine capability calculation (MFU) final release;
- Ensure supplier meets all requirements described in the specifications;
- Develop approaches to optimize automation in cooperation with the involved departments (e.g. product development, etc.);
- Support in developing the „OT soft- & hardware architecture” considering the OT-standards worldwide (e.g. remote maintenance tool, interface technology, amount of PLCs,…);
- Drive maturity increase of the interface and the software of the equipment.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in the automotive sector;
- "Analytic thinking" affinity (problem solving);
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered an advantage;
- Very good communication skills, analytical and teamwork abilities.
