Quality Officer

Job title:

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• As least 1 year experience’s in automotive part manufacturing or related field
• Basic for IATF16949, ISO14001
• Basic for ISO/IEC17025:2018
• Basic for ILAC G8:2019 // ISO10012:2003.
• Knowledge for Equipment specification.
• Knowledge Inspection & Measuring equipment specification.
• Customer specific requirements
• Able to communication in English and Computer literate.

Job Description:

• Obtain/ order and view testing/inspection plans and drawing documentation, including customer and supplier specifications
• Plan and document complex test processes for internal use, in collaboration with the unit concerned
• Prepare equipment (e.g. set up universal measuring machines, assemble component groups or systems on a function test bench, etc.)
• Plan and conduct complex tests/inspections
• Check the interaction of individual components and component groups for functional reliability
• Create component group-related evaluations; document the results, recognize deviations
• Create test reports according to external customer requirements
