Quality Inspector

Objective of job 
Ensure all Door Trim Panels meet customer specifications and company standards before release.
Complete the task assigned skilfully according to the operating instructions.
     
Principle activities
Perform in-process and final inspections of Door Trim Panel assemblies according to the customer specific requirements.
Conduct first piece inspection for Ultrasonic welding process according to the work instruction and record the results in respective reports.
Record inspection results accurately in the inspection chart and maintain the documents.
Verify and monitor PM changes according to the TC and release the Door panels for production.
Maintain release records and ensure traceability of documents.
Collaborate with production team to identify and eliminate defects.
Suggest improvements based on inspection data and defect trends.
Perform the product audit according to the plan and record the results.
Identify the defects and give feedback to the respective departments.
Actively participate in Why-Why analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to meet customer requirements.
Verify and monitor the deviations and record the results.
Monitor line rejection and scrap effectively and ensure rejected items are blocked in locked cages.

Special authorizations:
Authorized to approve or reject finished Door Trim Panels before shipment.
Signs off on quality documentation and release certificates

Specialized knowledge/ education:
B.E. or Technical/Business education with correspondent work experience

Work experience:
1-2 years of experience in Interior Segments inspection or manufacturing.

Additional knowledge:
Ability to read customer GS Standards and TC sheets 
Ability to work independently
Good communication and team work abilities 
German or English speaking
