Site Infrastructure Management

Goal of function
Manage a small, well-defined organizational unit with homogenous functions within Site/Infrastructure Management

Description of function
•Cooperate in identifying and developing proposals for optimization as well as implement derived measures
•Provide support to other functional departments to accomplish overall corporate duties•Provide leadership (technical and disciplinary) to a small, well-defined organizational unit with homogenous functions (e.g. apprentices, etc,)
•Conduct personnel deployment planning and disposition taking into consideration the corporate goals
•Instruct, promote, motivate and evaluate employees; initiate disciplinary measures as required
•Assure accomplishment of objectives and quality through an efficient use of systems/ processes/ methods
•Administer reporting to depict the current situation including identifying opportunities and risks and derive recommendations for actions within the area of responsibility
•Cooperate in special Site/Infrastructure Management projects for advancement and optimization of internal processes and methods within the area of responsibility
•Support in supervising external service providers/ suppliers
•Define priorities within predetermined deadlines and goals
•Conduct resources and deployment planning
•Account, coordinate and control Site/Infrastructure Management processes within the area of responsibility
•Supervise the cost trend/ assure adherence to predetermined budgets/ overhead costs as well as figures; initiate corrective measures as required in cooperation with the supervisor
•Develop/ Support the optimization of processes, equipment and IT systems
•Assure the compliance to process and handling instructions
•Implement relevant legal regulations (e.g. regarding apprenticeship, etc.)
