Ojective of Job
- Supervise production department to acheive productivity as plannned with quality excelent
Principles Activity
- Cooperrate in identifying and developing suggestion for improvement; implement the actions determined
- Support other units in managing medium scale company task
- Make arrangement with logistic and quality department related to production need
- Responsible for assigned section Efficiency, Downtime , PPM and customer complain as defined KPI
- Conduct personnel assignment planning and disposition.
- Conduct operational planning within assigned section.
- Lead and control rework activity.
- Implement and check effectivess of all action planned.
- To complete Production reporting: Daily figure, Downtime report and Efficiency report
- Lead Overall Housekeeping (5s) at assigned section
- Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary actions as necessary
- Performance analysis for improvement
- Assure compliance with process and procedural directives
- Implement safety,health and enviromental protection regulation as part of legislation
- Manage and Coordinate Auto and Emi auto Machine output
