Job Description
- Supply customer plants (including 1st tier assembler) with finished products across all supply chains by ensuring correct production planning and meet customer call off schedule with the capacities to achieve efficiency goals.
- Oversee Production planning by all Planner’s inclusive all customers
- Optimize and sort production orders according to production planning and equipment capacity
- Solve common problems in production process
- Receive recut order and arrange to production equipment
- Monitor the printing of the work card to ensure that the work card is clear and valid, concurrent to the specified area
- Communicate with relevant departments and headquarter to solve the problems found in the production process
- Collect production data, make report and report to related department
- Make reasonable production arrangement and adjustment for KS orders with special production arrangement
- As the key users of production control systems, and resolving system problems
- Provide data to other departments
- Monitor indicators according to guidelines, and report any deviations
- Provide technical orientation/training for associates
- Coordinate KS order and machine use
- Creates and updates statistics/ reports for production and supervisors proactive work on improvements in collaboration with Logistics team
- To perform ad hoc task given by Logistics H.O.D
- To coordinate meeting with operations team.
- Vocational / technical usually acquired within one to two year
- Experience in logistic
- Knowledge and insight required for the application methods, work procedures and process
