1.    Objective of job
    Conduct and evaluate process data determinations as part of time studies 
    Optimize production & process efficiency

2.    Principle activities
    Creation and perform line balances.
    To perform manpower calculation.
    Monitoring & optimize of production process (Calculation of capacity, staff, equipment, space, etc.).
    Analyzing and optimizing motion sequences and workflows in the production area.
    Showing of potentials for improvements and forwarding it to the responsible department.
    Creation of ramp-up curve for production launch.
    Cooperate in problem solving and improvement activities.
    Support in updating the FMEA & PLP 
    To support in wire robbing activity.
    To create new / optimize the process flow & visiual aids.
    Communicate with CKD plant, IS CKD team & expert related with IS topic.
    To update & analysis monthly IS KPI.
