• Support acquisitions by providing experiences from on-site activities and by cooperating in designing new
production methods.
• Plan, conduct and evaluate process data determinations to evaluate processes and to form and calculate timings for
production routings and standard time catalog
• Plan, conduct and evaluate process data determination /time studies based on defined planning principles, in
coordination with the plants, internal requestors and departments.
• Determine and manage time data/performance indexes (e.g. plan, target, distribution, setup and processing times,
etc.) according to standardized methods.
• Provide support in setting up production plans
• Assure setup of standard times and input into standard time catalog as required
• Create work sequence studies (line balances)
• Evaluate determined data and report to requestor (e.g. sales, project leader, etc.)
• Show deviations and illustrate potential improvements as necessary
• Cooperate in capability analyses with regard to work structuring, ergonomics, material flow and workplace design.
• To perform manpower calculation in Qtrly basis.
