Objective of the Job:
- Coordinate and Motivate Logistics Material Handlers and Monitor Inventory Movements.
- Lead by Example; Set a Positive Environment Tone.
Principal Activities:
- Monitor, Assist, Coach and Motivate Logistics Material Handlers and Support Supervisor to Ensure Material Process Flow.
- Support the Site Manager in the realization of CHA Management (Delivery of Parts, Raw Materials, Finished Goods by Ensuring Correct Material Flow).
- Assist Logistic Specialist with Coordination of Inventory Audits and Cycle Counts.
- Extensive Knowledge in AULA so as to Maintain Accurate Inventory Levels of Finished Goods.
- Extensive Knowledge in JIS/JIT Shipping.
- Mainting Contact with the Quality Department re: Materials Arriving to Quality and the Changes are Input into the System.
Job Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- 3-5 Years of Manufacturing Experience.
- SAP, IPST, Host, WMS Systems.
- Stand-Up/Sit-Down/Reach Forklift Certification.
- Intermediate Level English.
- Effective Communications Skills.
