Logistics - Technical Teamleader

Objective of job:

• Technical leadership/ guidance/ instruct of operational employees in a specific area in coordination with the disciplinary manager as well as coordinate and motivate logistics material handlers and monitor inventory movements.

Job Requirements:

• Technical instruction/ guidance of employees
• Act as a contact person for operational employees and relevant interfaces
• Coordinate employees (e.g. personnel deployment planning, etc.) and industrial trucks
• Support the disciplinary manager in shift and workforce planning
• Perform shift handover and maintain shift logbook, if necessary
• Ensure that work procedures are followed according to instructions as instructed
• Control compliance with safety, health and environmental protection regulations
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years experience
