Trainee - Maintenance

Objective of job

• Install, implement and maintain the plant equipment(Production assembly boards, crimping machine, tools) and machinery with smooth production flow to achieve plant goals.

Principle activities

• Making assembly board readiness by ply cutting, drawing pasting and drilling activity.
• Understand the assembly board drawing, read and understand forks fixture component.
• Install fork, fixtures, BPA and special fixtures os assembly board equipment’s according to guidelines and check (mechanically and electrically) function's ok; adjust or rework as required.
• Maintain the equipment(Assembly boards), power and pneumatic equipment for correct process program, adjust, control and document.
• Determine cause of defect, analyze for the defect or breakdown and use diagnostic system as required.
• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on equipment(e.g. Assembly boards, fixtures, tools, instruments and machinery).
• Carryout maintenance checks as per scheduled plan and take necessary action to run equipment long life smoothly. 
• Conduct the installation and relocation of complex technical equipment.
• Carryout 5S, TPM, continuous improvement and waste elimination by determining the weak areas of the process and equipment.
• Must know the maintenance function with the supporting documents. 
• To follow Discipline, safety rules & regulations on shopfloor. 
• Teamwork & co-operation with team.
