Principle activities

• Data calculations (Analysis and summaries, Equipment capacity ) for new and running projects

• Implementation and evaluation of time studies in all production areas .

• Cooperate in the definition of production methods, production techniques, measures for optimization / increase of efficiency.

• Preparing the Pre blocking list & Line balance in stipulated time for new projects.

• Create and modify Pre-blocking list & Line balancing for existing Pack Month changes.

• Prepare every PM changes analysis documents.

• Conduct the cycle time study, Man & motion study.

• Takeup projects of improvements.

• Use the LBT (line balance tool)

• Attend 8D-Meetings and support with follow-up and implementation actions.

• Conduct/Lead PM Change Meeting on time.

• Modification of drawing if necessary.

• Make Internal WI if global WI is not available.

• Keep contact to the work-related colleagues with CKD.

• Plant layout creation and update.

• Special task’s / activities / role must be carried out at the instruction of the disciplinary or team lead.

Specialized knowledge / education : BE / B.Tech / Diploma(Electrical/Electronics/EXTC/Mechanical)

Work experience

For B.E/B.Tech : At least 0-3 years of experience in automotive field

For Diploma : At least 2-6 years of experience in automotive field

Additional knowledge:

• Work carefully and reliably

• Basic technical understanding, able to read technical drawings

• Very good knowledge in English language

• Team player, willing to learn new things, detail orientated
