Team Member Change management

Description of function

• Check product information for completeness (e.g. degree of detail, illustration of change requests, etc.)

• Review and coordinate technical and commercial cost estimates; if necessary, introduce appropriate actions (e.g. escalate according to escalation model or skip missing evaluations (e.g. use fast track), etc.)

• Monitor progress of changes

• Check handling of changes

• Update detailed planning for change processes

• Coordinate/synchronize departments, to assure controlled change processes

• Document the change history of products/processes

• Review scrapping orders for process/ PI numbers

• Specify series; select "product information"

• Organize and conduct change meetings

Candidate Requirements:

 For B.E / B.Tech : At least 1 - 3 years of experience in automotive field

 For Diploma : At least 2 - 6 years of experience in automotive field

 Work carefully and reliably

 Basic technical understanding, able to read technical drawings

 Very good knowledge in English language

 Self-Initiative.

 Team player, willing to learn new things, detail orientated
