Sr Executive Complaint management 

Location: Chakan 

•    Principle activities

•    Receive complaints and check that all needed information is included with problem description, start fault analysis 
•    Establish the inter-departmental claim team and moderate the complaint and fault resolution process
•    Participate by the determination and initiation of immediate actions  
•    Moderation the root cause analysis with the claim team
•    Implement controls to find repeat complains including the evaluation of (non-) effectively of prior actions 
•    Initiate the review and revision of relevant production, quality and design documents (FMEA, PCP, WI, Control plan & test instruction, drawings, etc.)
•    Conducting error proofing audit and regulate timely submission
•    PSB officer to verify engineering changes
•    Participate during the establishment and implementation of corrective actions
•    Check and confirm the effectively defined actions 
•    Participate by the definition and implementation of preventative measures 
•    Correspond with the party lodging claim; internal and external (also using customer tools or portals) 
•    Execute the complaint closure (technical, commercial, total) 
•    Evaluate and supply data relevant to complaints (i.e. non-conformance cost, etc) 
•    Implementation of Adonis process procedure as per standard.
•    Participating to product and process release for internal and customer.
•    Filling out the documents of management review and on time KPI submission with action plan if required.
•    Perform Process audits as per VDA 6.3.
•    Implement customer specific requirements.

  

   Specialized knowledge / education:  B.E. or technical/business education with correspondent work experience 
   VDA 6.3 auditor qualification
   Basic quality tools  Production control plan, FMEA, process flow diagram  Knowledge of statistics

    Work experience: At least  6-7 years of experience in the QA or comparable work experience
