Service PT Engineer

Principle Activities

• Carrying out and coordinating service activities for test systems, screwing stations and assembly boards.
• Responsible to analyse problems concerning the test stations,screwing stations and clip test equipment.
• Act according to the functional guidance of Prüftechnik-Service to ensure the process flow in the local service department according to Prüftechnik processes and norms.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities(MRO) to the test systems,screwing stations and assembly board fixtures(Full head BPA components according to the defined PT processes and norms.
• Warehouse activities (Material receiving /Controlling /Inventory management/5S)
• Responsible to document the maintenance, repair and overhaul activities.
• Build in and set up the test adapters in stations and screwing stations as per service PT process flow.
• Exchanging necessary information with the corresponding responsible areas.(Intra department)
• Ensuring the flow of information (within the departments to the supervisors)
• Collaborate/coordinate with supervisor/Team Lead to generate and complete the process flow in own department.
• Ensuring that the workplaces are clean and maintain 5S.
• Respect and comply with the Health and Safety norms.
• Responsible to document the maintenance, repair and overhaul activities along with coordinating the work with superiors in ware house inventory and 5S activity
• Responsible to finish the assigned tasks on time and in case of customer fulfillment follow Team Lead instructions to have smooth process flow.
• Putting testing stations into operation at the customer’s site at home and abroad.
• Participating actively in all the activities & programs of the factory (Quality, Improvement ideas, training, human resources, safety, environmental means & cleanliness) which apply according to the activities from the position.

Job requirements

Specialized knowledge / education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma(Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/EXTC)

Work experience: For B.E/B.Tech : At least 0-3 years of experience in automotive field.

For Diploma : At least 1-5 years of experience in automotive field.

Additional knowledge:

• Good knowledge of Electrical/Electronic equipment work.
• General Electromechanical skill with proactive work approach.
• Knowledge of pneumatics.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word ,Excel ,Emails )
