Quality Supervisor

Objective of job 
Ensuring continuous high-quality standards of DMI production.
Taking rigorous quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 standard. 
Introducing, implementing and monitoring appropriate actions required to cure and prevent defects and weak points in the production processes
Maintaining efficient co-operation with all departments necessary to achieve the quality assurance for electric parts assembly and to implement customer specific requirements. 

Principle activities
Introduction, implementation and monitoring of appropriate actions required for effective implementation of QMS in the production processes. 
Ensure creation, modification and maintenance of PFMEA, control plans for new and existing products. 
Monthly monitoring of KPI data regarding PPM & Q ratings. 
Keeping manufacturing and test processes according to given procedures.
Providing rationalization proposals to the quality manager on the QS-System
Assess the process and product quality developed in compliance with pre-set technical specifications.
The implementation of the corrective and preventive actions and updation of necessary documents such as Control Plan/ FMEA.
Ensure control on creation & modification of internally released documents and processes with effectiveness verification
Conducting error proofing audit and regulate timely submission
PSB officer to verify engineering changes 
Organize and maintain risk analysis through regular review meeting/Turtle diagram
Participating in the quality cost accounting.
Collecting related quality data and compiling the quality report
Implementation of Adonis process procedure as per standard.
Participating to product and process release for internal and customer.
Training about latest WI/processes/forms to QA inspectors implementation and use
Filling out the documents of management review and on time KPI submission with action plan if required.
Dealing with auditors for closing audit observation from customer project release audits, internal VDA process audits & IATF16949 internal/external audits. 
Participating in kick-off meetings with CFT members for defining the new project sample submission timelines as per the customer call offs. 
Organizing the FMEA & Control plan meeting for review and updation in the FMEA and control plans of all existing projects.
Responsible for timely submission of PPAP documents of new project to customer for project approvals.
Creating acceptance criteria for components through visual displays & master samples
Archive process co representative.
Lead the planning and execution of product audit processes

Special authorizations:
Authority to block unacceptable materials products deviating from specifications given
Authority to release blocked materials and products

Specialized knowledge/ education:
B.E. or technical/business education with correspondent work experience Through Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, VDA 6.3

Work experience:
At least 5 years of experience in the QA or comparable work experience 

Additional knowledge:
Ability to read customer and 1:1 drawing 
Ability to work independently
Good communication and team work abilities 
German or English speaking
