Quality Inspector

Principle activities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of wiring harnesses assemblies according to the customer drawing and customer specific requirements.
• Conduct first piece inspection for ultrasonic welding, heat shrinking, foaming, nano assembly process according to the work instruction and record the results in respective reports.
• Record inspection results accurately in the inspection chart and maintain the documents.
• Verify and monitor PM changes according to customer drawing and release the assembly board for production.
• Maintain release records and ensure traceability of documents.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and eliminate defects.
• Suggest improvements based on inspection data and defect trends.
• Perform the product audit according to the plan and record the results.
• Identify the defects and give feedback to the respective departments.
• Actively participate in Why-Why analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to meet customer requirements.
• Verify and monitor the deviations and record the results.
• Monitor line rejection and scrap effectively and ensure rejected items are blocked in locked cages.
