Objective of job

• Support the planning and realization of production processes for existing and new products, if necessary upon consultation with supervisor (series support) to insure the standardization of various documents and process for efficient and effective throughout OSA.
• Support to other CKD/Plant/location as of required.

Principle activities

• Coordination of newly designed processes with relevant departments.
• Support for implementation of the new process and rollout in the area of responsibility.
• Creating, updating work instruction for production process with verification of MES standard 
• Supporting the development of new processes taking into account internal / external customer requirements and process-supporting systems as well as adaptation to changed framework 
• conditions or new customers / series in coordination with the technical and disciplinary superior.
• Preparation of the workstation documentation like BBSL, Matrix, Helping tools etc
• Support in review all the technical documents including  review bills of material (routings) 
• Support plants for the procurement of equipment 
• Creation and updating of PLP and PFD in line with standardization for CKD.
• Ensures optimization of the production process by new initiatives in coordination with all CKD.
• Preparation of technical documentation necessary for CKD based on customer and internal requirements.
• Cooperate in change management through out the phases with coordination of TPM, DPR and plants
• Promoting and maintaining an efficient collaboration, based on situation and requirements  with all the departments from CKD with regular interacts.
• Supporting plants of cycle time achievement and for line balance.
• Special tasks must also be carried out at the instruction of the disciplinary or technical manager
