Executive Service PT

Principle activities :-

• Carrying out and coordinating service activities for test systems, screwing stations and assembly boards.
• Responsible to analyse problems concerning the test stations (partially of highly complex nature)
• Act according to the functional guidance of Prüftechnik-Service to ensure the process flow in the local service department according to Prüftechnik processes and norms.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities(MRO) to the test systems and fixtures according to the defined PT processes and norms.
• Warehouse activities (Material receiving /Controlling /Inventory management/5S)
• Responsible to document the maintenance, repair and overhaul activities.
• Build in and set up the test adapters in stations.
• Exchanging necessary information with the corresponding responsible areas.
• Ensuring the flow of information (within the departments to the supervisors).
• Managing any other tasks necessary for smooth business operation.
• Collaborate with supervisor to generate and complete the process flow in own department.
• Ensuring that the workplaces are clean.
• Respect and comply with the Health and Safety norms.
• Responsible to document the maintenance, repair and overhaul activities along with coordinating the work with superiors in ware house inventory and 5S activity
• Responsible to finish on time the assigned tasks.
• Putting testing stations into operation at the customer’s site at home and abroad.
• Participating actively in all the activities & programs of the factory (Quality, Improvement ideas, training, human resources, safety, environmental means & cleanliness) which apply according to the activities from the position.
• The activities announced here are indicative but not limitative to his function.
• Special tasks must also be carried out at the instruction of the disciplinary or Team Lead.

Objective of Job

• Carry out maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO) and other service activities to the test systems and fixtures and responsible to ensure the final quality of the product and maintenance-service activities
• Responsible for attaining the agreed targets.
• Accomplish the targeted tasks from superiors, in conformity with basic attributions, common working contract and intern work rules.
• Warehouse activities at Chakan plant.
