Description of function
Provide support to the HR Manager
Participate in the annual salary review rounds
Cooperate in projects
Technical orientation/training of employees
Coordinate employees (e.g. personnel deployment planning, etc.) and system deployment
Support and advise employees in individual/ selected HR-related topics
Conduct individual personnel measures in cooperation with management taking into consideration internal and external guidelines
Steer the personnel selection process in cooperation with the functional departments and with recruiting
Conduct personnel selection meetings and make hiring decisions in cooperation with the functional departments for defined employee groups (e.g. interns, working students and employees up to administrator level, etc.)
Promote the trusting cooperation with employees' representatives (e.g. works councils, etc.)
Handle time management where required
Requirements
Specialist knowledge: Professional/graduate education usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with limited experience OR advanced vocational/ technical training with several years of on-the-job training (knowledge of specialized methods, techniques and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)
