We are looking for a person who can meet the challenges setting up the processes at the different locations. We expect from candidate to implement trainings and support development concept of trained personal (Line Support and Q_Personal), to have good analytical skills and the will to learn. Responsibilities:

 

  • Development and implementation of training measures within the framework of Q-A and an various DRX and customer plants in coordination with superiors;
  • Implementation of line support and Q personnel development tools taking into account group standards within the framework of the Q Academy;
  • Support in the creation of training requirements in consultation with the supervisor;
  • Evaluation of training courses as well as preparation of corresponding reports (e.g. effective/ineffective training, etc.) and follow-up of success monitoring (e.g. evaluation of training courses and preparation of corresponding reports, etc.);
  • Recognizing general training needs within one's own area of expertise in the company;
  • Supporting participants in problem solving and questions as part of the training follow-up;
  • Selection of service providers (external trainers) in cooperation with local HR managers and superiors;
  • Research, preparation and evaluation of data and statistics;
  • Ensuring the preparation of evaluations, documentation of the results, detection of deviations and the development of proposals in cooperation with Line Support coordinators;
  • Checking the effectiveness of the corrective measures and defined standards accordingly;
  • Plant support for Q and special topics (e.g. Q-Gate, rework, conversion measures...).

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of experience or technician /business economist and 3 to 5 years of professional experience;
  • Experience in the quality area would be advantage;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as company-owned programs e.g. SAP, HOST, QSYS, MES_ESC;
  • Very good knowledge of English/ knowledge of German and Hungarian would be an advantage;
  • Driver’s license “B” category;
  • Intercultural competence;
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, willingness to learn, customer orientation;
  • Willingness to travel – around 70% per year.
