V&V Manager / Test Manager

Tasks:

• Leads and coordinates integration, verification and validation in the system level vehicle development project
• Main contact person for V&V topics for the project management and clients
• Development of a verification and validation strategy in projects and coordination of all relevant test levels
• Creating and ensuring compliance of V&V project plans and budget to the development project plans (effort-estimation-controlling and forecast)
• Technical management and motivation of V&V engineers and testers
• Preparation of estimates regarding test equipment and test laboratory costs

Profile:

• University / University of Applied Sciences degree in electrical engineering / information technology or knowledge and skills acquired in another way
• 3 to 5 years of work experience
• Excellent knowledge in project management, focus test management
• Good knowledge of the verification process (ASPICE, Functional Safety)
• Good knowledge of validation standards (e.g. LV124, LV123, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HW/SW/EM development
• Intercultural skills
• Strong English skills
• Analytical skills, troubleshooting, strategic thinking, personal initiative, target orientation, teamwork/cooperation, communication, conflict skills, costumer orientation, economic thinking
