Your Role:

• Design and Planning:

• Lead projects within a specific discipline across all project phases
• Create technical designs, analyses, and calculations for systems and components
• Select appropriate materials in terms of type, quality, and quantity in coordination with procurement
• Develop conceptual and permit planning considering legal requirements (e.g., fire protection, noise protection, water regulations)
• Prepare execution and detailed plans

• Project Coordination:

• Prepare cost estimates, calculations, and cost control
• Prepare bills of quantities for tendering
• Contractor selection and awarding (e.g., bid comparisons, plausibility checks, contract negotiations)
• Monitor and coordinate construction execution
• Create and maintain planning documents, as-built documentation, and material lists
• Prepare maintenance contracts

• Client Interface:

• Consult and support clients on project-related matters

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Revit
• Strong communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
• Process-oriented thinking and action, self-driven and motivated
• Fluent in Spanish and English
