Software Tester Test Equipment

Mission:

• Identify and eliminate defects or bugs within the software application. These defects can range from minor glitches to critical errors that may lead to system crashes or incorrect data processing.
• Cooperate in developing, implementing and validating testing processes and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Realize tests for computer programs in the form of specific test systems applications, through which is assured the link between the electronic modules created by the hardware development team and the PCs. This ensures transmission of the commands to the respective electronic modules, as well as to the Other DRÄXLMAIERs computer applications, including databases.
• Collaborate at the realization of some software and hardware products specific for test systems.
• Participate at the development and optimization of hardware and software components for test systems
• Combine design and analytical skills with software and hardware knowledge in order to define, design, realize, test, implement and modify the electronic test systems.
• Realize specific software programs (Vector CANoe-LIN) used for development and test of electronic modules and software applications.
• Take part in the different local and international projects.
• Develop and optimize the existing processes and organize the test processes.
• If it is the case, define test specifications using established test methods.
• Conduct preliminary/ cost estimating calculations.
• Create and manage schedules (e.g. for qualifications, verifications, etc.) .
• Plan and operate testing and measurement equipment that involve software
• Plan, conduct and document tests (e.g. qualification tests, verification, high-voltage tests, etc.).
• Further develop measurement technologies.
• Assure material/ equipment procurement .

Profile :

• A bachelor's/Master´s degree in computer science or related field.
• 02 years of experience will be considered as an advantage 
• Up-to-date requirements analysis, test data preparation and test case design.
• Good knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
• Good communication and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Perfect communication in English is mandatory
